Yes, the Storm 2 series cutters, spreaders and combi tools has two battery receiver ports. Utilize a single battery and place it on either side of the tool to allow operator better positioning in tight working spaces. The tool can either be operated by one or two batterie’s. Dual batteries enable the tool to be used for an extended run time.

Batteries can also be changed while operating the STORM-D unit. Utilize a single battery and place it on either side of the tool to allow operator better positioning in tight working spaces.

The storm tools are rated IP54 and can be used in the rain and wet conditions, if the tool has to be submerged under water to complete an extrication, please contact your local Dealer for preventive maintenance and inspection.
