Q. What does “Forever” warranty mean?
- Forever warranty means that TNT Rescue Systems will warranty all TNT manufactured parts for life or for the duration you own it, “no ifs ands or buts”

Our strongest cutter is the BFC-320 / EBFC-320D / EBFC-320-18V this cutter achieved a NFPA 1936-2020 cut performance of: A9/B9/C9/D9/E9 and F5
Q. Do you make battery tools?
Yes we manufacture the Storm Surge 18 volt series as well as the Storm 2 dual 28 volt series.
Q. Which of your battery operated tools have dual battery receiver ports?
The Storm 2 series cutters, spreaders and combi tools have two battery receiver ports each. Utilize a single battery and place it on either side of the tool to allow operator better positioning in tight working spaces. The tool can either be operated by one or two batterie’s. Dual batteries enable the tool to be used for an extended run time.
Q. What batteries do you operate your tools with?
We use Milwaukee M18 8aH batteries for the Storm Surge series tools and Milwaukee M28 5 aH batteries for the Storm 2 Series tools.
Q. Why do you have two battery receiver ports on the Storm 2 Series tools?
The tool can either be operated by one or two batterie’s. Dual batteries enable the tool to be used for an extended run time. No degradation in power when used with one or two batteries. Batteries can also be changed while operating the STORM-D unit. Utilize a single battery and place it on either side of the tool to allow operator better positioning in tight working spaces.
Q. Can the Storm 2 tools operate on 1 Battery?
Yes it can and will still generate the same power, cut force and spread force.
Q. What happens if one of the batteries on the Storm 2 gets low?
If one battery gets low the secondary battery will equalize out so both batteries will run in tandem
displaying the same equal charge.
Q. Do you supply a 110V or 230V Inverter for the Storm 2 Series tools?
Yes do supply a Inverter which plugs into either a 110V or 230V outlet. This inverter can only be used on the Storm 2 series tools.
Q. How long is the cord on the 110/230 Storm 2 inverter generally?

Q. Do you manufacture battery operated rams?
Yes, we do manufacture battery operated rams. The rams are available in the Storm Surge Milwaukee 18 volt and Storm 2 Milwaukee 28 volt series. The ETLS-40 / ETLS-40-18V is a two stage telescopic ram and the ER-40 / ER-40-18V is a single stage push and pull ram.
Q. Do you have a combi tool rated for a chain package?
Yes, the SLCC-30 and ESLCC-30 is rated for a chain package and utilizes our CP-30 chain pack.
Q. How many batteries and chargers do each tool Storm Surge and Storm 2 tool come with?
Each Sorm Surge and Storm 2 series tool comes with 2 x batteries and one charger.
Q. How long will the battery last?
- It depends on what material the user is cutting or spreading and the skill of the user but typically a full
extrication on one vehicle can be accomplished with one battery per tool.
Q. What happens if the battery tool gets wet?
The Storm Surge and Storm 2 series tools are rated IP54 and can be used in the rain and wet conditions, if the tool has to be submerged underwater to complete an extrication, please contact your local Dealer for preventive maintenance and inspection.
Q. What hydraulic oil does your lined tools use?
- ISO 68 Hydraulic oil and 10W 30 for the motor oil.
Q. What gas do you recommend using?
- Premium gas is highly recommended with a fuel stabilizer to prevent any tarnishing of fuel lines due
to long periods of non-operation.
Q. Do you make a core hose connector that is hot swappable?
- We make a COAX hot swappable coupler that runs two lines into one coupler which can be connected
and disconnected under pressure
